Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Canada and the USA?

Yes — we ship direct to contractors, builders, and homeowners across Canada and the continental United States. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postal/zip code and order volume.

Is pick-up an option?

Yes — Pick-up location is in the GTA/Toronto, Ontario, Canada (only). We'll send you the address and instructions when the order is ready for pick-up. Elsewhere in Canada and throughout USA, delivery is the only option.

How long does delivery take?

Typical transit times are 1 to 5 business days for most Ontario orders. Elsewhere in Canada and USA, LTL or FL shipments can range from a few days, to 10 days depending on the load and destination. Lead time can vary greatly. In-stock items can ship within days, while longer lead time items that require global import, can take 8 to 12 weeks; contact us to discuss your order.

How is the stone shipped — will it arrive safely?

All orders ship on wooden pallets via LTL/FL freight carriers. Stone is banded and wrapped for transit. Delivery is curbside — the driver drops the pallet at the nearest accessible point to your address. You will usually need a forklift or pallet jack on-site to move material from curbside. Please plan accordingly before your delivery date.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — up to 15% off on volume orders, applied automatically at checkout based on order value. Contact us for project-specific quotes on large commercial orders (typically >$100k product value).

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Prices show "per square foot" — how much should I order?

Measure the total square footage of your project, then add 10–15% for cuts, waste, and breakage. Each product page shows piece dimensions and coverage. Not sure? Contact us — we're happy to help calculate quantities before you order.

Can I request a quote before placing an order?

Use the Contact page and include your stone type, product type, quantity, and delivery location, then let's have a call to discuss the project and how best to use the site to build your quote.

Do you offer contractor or trade pricing?

Our online pricing is already trade-friendly — most [all] of our customers are landscape contractors, pool builders, and custom home builders, hence we've built discounts into the site. For ongoing project volume or multi-site supply, reach out directly to discuss terms.

Product & Materials

What stone lines do you carry?

We sell multiple premium natural stone lines: STONEarch and Worldwide Stone (WWS) are the primary vendors listed herein. Both are sourced from quarries in India, China, and other countries, and they offer consistent sizing, professional grading, and a wide range of colours and finishes suited to N.American climates.

Will the stone look exactly like the photos?

Natural stone has inherent variation in colour, veining, and surface texture — this is part of its character. Product photos are representative of the colour range and finish. Expect natural variation between pieces and between shipments. If colour consistency is critical, order all material for the job in a single shipment where possible.

Is natural stone suitable for Canadian winters?

Absolutely — sandstone, limestone, and granite have been used in Canadian and Northern USA hardscaping for decades. Proper installation is the key factor: adequate base depth, good drainage, and appropriate joint material all affect long-term performance in freeze-thaw conditions. We recommend working with a qualified landscape contractor for installations with significant frost depth.

What's the difference between Sandstone, Limestone, and Granite?

Sandstone — warm tones, natural cleft texture, excellent slip resistance. Widely used for patios and pool decks.

Limestone — denser than sandstone, refined appearance. Popular for coping and steps. Kota Black and Silver Valley are top sellers.

Granite — the hardest and most durable of the three. Ideal for high-traffic and commercial applications.

Returns & Damage

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your delivery before signing off with the driver. If you notice visible pallet damage or broken stone, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging — we will arrange replacement or credit for confirmed freight damage.

Can I return stone I don't use?

Due to the weight and freight cost of natural stone, we are not able to accept returns of unused product. We strongly recommend calculating quantities carefully before ordering, including a 10–15% overage for cuts and breakage. If you ordered the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

I received the wrong product — what do I do?

Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number and photos of what was received. Order errors are rare but we will make it right — replacement shipment or full credit depending on your timeline.
